Does just what I dreamed, updated

This is a great way to keep track of my cellar, with room for notes, cellar map, photos, reviews, and more.
Update: The more I use this, the more I like it. The ability to create a PDF for each wine provides a great tool for tastings. The sort and search abilities are also powerful and useful. This app is awesome for me.
